Each hide is examined for surface character, consistency, and suitability for the intended design. Natural variations give every finished band subtle individuality.

STITCHING
Structure, secured in every stitch.
Alignment, spacing, and thread tension are carefully controlled. Premium AMANN Serafil thread supports a refined appearance and dependable everyday structure.

Fine holes create the connection points that allow every link to align and articulate.

02 · Link-by-link assembly
Individual links are aligned and joined with connecting pins by experienced hands.

03 · Alignment and Adjustment
Movement is refined by hand.
As the links come together, the structure is manually adjusted and checked to help maintain alignment and smooth articulation throughout the band.

04 · Surface Polishing & Inspection
Refining the metal surface. 
The assembled metal is polished to refine its texture, soften visual irregularities, and develop the intended surface character.
