Memori Planet currently accepts the following payment methods where available at checkout:

Currency and Currency Conversion

Product prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your selected market or location.

The currency and final amount shown at checkout are the currency and amount submitted for payment. If your card or payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion rates or additional fees. These charges are determined by the payment provider and are not charged by Memori Planet.

Payment Authorization

Payment is authorized or processed when you submit your order. An order is not confirmed until the payment has been successfully accepted and you receive an order confirmation.

If payment is declined, incomplete, or cannot be verified, the order may not be processed. Please contact your bank or payment provider if you require additional information about a declined transaction.

Taxes, Shipping and Import Charges

Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by Memori Planet will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges that are not collected at checkout. Unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers. Memori Planet does not directly receive or store your complete card number or payment-account credentials.

Payment providers may apply security checks, authentication requirements, transaction limits, or fraud-prevention procedures.

Order Verification

To protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, we may request additional information to verify an order. Orders that cannot be verified may be placed on hold or cancelled.

If a successfully paid order is cancelled by Memori Planet, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
